I currently work as Eventbrite’s content strategy manager in Customer Experience. My team is responsible for making sure our customers have a fantastic experience with our industry-leading help center across 17 locales, through email and chat support, and in our product.

Outside of work, I spend time planning my tiny house, defending the validity of the Oxford comma, and reading everything I can.
